Experience the comfort of a home away from home in this modern & contemporary fully furnished apartment in Chevron Renaissance, one of the few that are renovated. Floor-to-ceiling windows with great views of the canal & a slight beach view.
Located in Surfers Paradise this is a perfect hotel alternative for families & small groups as they explore the sights of the city. Supermarket is directly below for your convenience.
Charmingly and elegantly designed with modern and chic furniture and appliances, this two-bedroom apt is the height of an extravagant holiday retreat in Surfers Paradise. It will truly give guests a one of a kind luxury experience while staying in one of the most sought after locations in Surfers Paradise, renovated with a beautiful homely feel
Boasting a great living space, guests can lounge and relax while enjoying the picturesque views of the river and the hinterland from the floor-to-ceiling windows.
It is equipped with a gourmet kitchen so guests can create their own delicious meals in the comfort of the unit and are set for perfect entertaining.
The bedroom has been tastefully decorated to maximize comfort and relaxation. In fact, guests can expect only quality linens, sheets, towels, and pillows so can have a nice and quality sleep after a whole day of tours and sightseeing.
We even provide a one-time complimentary essential kit of coffee, tea, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper for guests to use. There is an abundance of shops and stores nearby if guests would need to purchase more.
To provide utmost comfort and satisfaction, guests will have complete and private access to the whole apartment during their stay.
Guests will also have access to the resort facilities like a lagoon pool with water features, an indoor pool, a fully-equipped fitness centre, an in-house cinema room, sauna and steam rooms, BBQ and entertainment areas, a children’s play area, and a games room.
- This is a meet-and-greet check-in. Our staff will require all listed guests to present their IDs upon check-in.
- Guest must inform us 24 hours before arriving to avoid significant delay during check-in.
- No room service and only one-time check-out cleaning are provided.
- We only provide one bath towel per person during the entire stay. Extra towels can be pre-ordered at an extra fee.
- No beach towels provided.
- We provide a one-time essentials kit (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) and tea/coffee upon your arrival. The (Coles) supermarket is just directly below if you run out and need extra things you may need for the rest of your stay.
- Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out available at an extra fee and subject to availability. Please see the list of fees indicated below.
- Luggage storage is not available
- Guest must use their own Netflix, Youtube and Stan accounts.
- Rubbish Disposal: Please use the rubbish chute or take the lift to the ground floor to the back of the building for access to the large rubbish bins.
