Excellent Resort with great ammenities and in a good location; accommodation was superb; customer service was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful on arrival. Location is beautiful and units are very spacious. Very family friendly. The unit had a full kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Shops across the road is a massive bonus as it has everything you need. Do not go outside without bug spray as the Midgies were terrible and we did find a few items left behind under beds. Could not get in contact with restaurant but luckily lots of options at the shops across the road, but otherwise our stay was perfect. We were very sad to leave. We will definitely be returning again.

This property was absolutely amazing to stay at, our villa was perfect, the kitchen was not the cleanest when we arrived but it does not take away from the fantastic property. The staff were so friendly and inviting at all encounters we had with them. I am already looking at booking again next year. Extremely happy! 15/10 highly recommend this property.

We (4 senior adults) stayed in a villa on the water. We booked a 2 bed but was put into a 3 bed. The 2nd bedroom was small with twin beds. The main bedroom was spacious with a balcony. The villa itself was a bit tired. Carpet was worn & curtains need replacing, the fan in the upstairs bathroom very noisy, but they were really the only problems. The inclusions were excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed. The outside patio area has only minimal covering & we had a week of wet weather so couldn't utilise it as much as we would have liked. The swans were great to watch. Cathy at reception was very helpful & a pleasure to do business with. The Pines shopping centre is next door (an easy walk) & you can bring back the shopping trolleys as there is a pick up area inside the resort. All in all apart from the terrible weather we had a great week here & will definately be back.

Secure ok place to stay

Few issues before we arrived but was advised would be upgraded don’t believe we were. Apartment is secure and on the lake. Could use a paint which would make it fresher. Has everything you would need and shopping centre right next door

Facilities were good the problem was the unit. not only extremely basic but one can see it's very old and no one is making sure it looks good the drawers in the kitchen were loose the pipes were terrible making a huge noise when turning the water on the dinning table is made of glass, no convenient at all with kids no wifi in the unit, only in the reception no batteries in the remote control foe the price paid, this is extremely expensive

There was lots of activities for the kids with pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball. No internet or pay tv made the downtime’s a bit harder. Very close to supermarket and easy access to M1 with a short drive to beach.

Good area, lacking in other areas.

I was expecting so much more. The area is good. Close to shops. And highway. But it stops there. This defiantly wasn’t the cheapest option for accomodation, we booked on the knowledge we would receive two parking spots and a 3 bed townhouse with garden views notwater front! When arrived, we were on the water, not ideal with three children under 5!! When we complained we where told that’s all they had and it was an up grade , argh I’d hate to see what where originally given if that’s the upgrade! Then we where informed there wouldn’t be used of the pool spa etc across from us due to maintenance which was ok! But Then all the parking was blocked for workers, when we questioned where to park we where told we couldn’t have two parks after being told we could and they said we would have to park elsewhere! Very rude and unprofessional! The house was not clean, lacked in things like washing loquats to do dishes. We have stayed in excess of 10 places this year and this was the dirtiest and most outdated! Unfortunately we won’t return! We will return to the area but not the resort sadly!

not enough detergents in property for dishes for a 7 day stay..only enough for one hand wash of dishes & one use of the dishwasher. Outdoor table dirty had not been cleaned in a long time. Accumulation of dust in the corners of toilet suite black gunk around bathroom basin sink & overflow. Hand basin in bathroom water wasn't draining very well was rectified. Tiled floors in living area hadn't been cleaned very well. We stay in apartments 2 to 3 times yearly this one was disappointing. We don't see that it is up to us to be chasing up on jobs that are below standard will not return or recommend this property
