The most disappointing experience, the customer service through Gold Coast Luxury Resorts is appalling. The quality of the room was not as pictured and absolutely revolting. The carpet was filthy, the bathrooms were mouldy and the window furnishings were both rusty and mouldy. No fresh linen was provided, no fresh towels were provided and zero service. Misleading and deceptive advertising of the property. Called the Gold Coast Luxury Resort several times today and not one phone call back.
