The property is well situated with the Northcliffe tram stop right out front, meaning travelling to and from the property a breeze, and only 50c a trip. This is the second time I have stayed at the property and despite the property age (fixtures and fittings) it is well worth the money.

Great location to Surfers Paradise. Love the pool area and spa. Easy parking and check in with friendly staff. Affordable accommodation for a family holiday on the Gold Coast. Plenty of things to do within walking distance from the accommodation. Roomy and comfortable for a 10 night stay within our budget. Thank you

Clean room, central to everything, light rail station right out the front. Had all ammenities that we needed, Comfortable bed and pillows, great view. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Would stay again.

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed it, generally, but my expectations were off. The room and kitchen had everything we needed, the location was quiet, and right next to the tram stop, which we used A LOT. I also loved the jacuzzi. However I was expecting something more modern, as the furnishings need serious updating. The TV would sometimes also not work unless i switched the power off and on. We were surprised that there was no room service, only once every 7 days... so we had to wash our own towels, but luckily we were provided with a washing machine to do that. Just not what I usually expect when I book a room for a holiday. Perhaps I didn't see that detail when booking. Also, our doona seemed to not be attached to the sheets or something, so during the night we would be exposed to the raw doona itself, which was fairly unhygienic. Nothing we could do about that really because of no room service? In summary I think this is good value but the old fashioned furnishings and lack of service felt 'budget' . Probably standard in gold coast though and I would probably book it again.

The apartment had everything I needed. Self contained, everything worked. Clean kitchen and bathroom, good communication at friendly reception, lovely view, great location. OK, it's getting a bit dated but so am I. Haha. If you want a couple of suggestions for improvement.... the main TV's getting old, with no YouTube. The toilet is like kids size, could be higher.

We firstly were disappointed with our Accommodation, wasn't cleaned, Room dated, Furniture wasn't the best. Would not rate it an 8.5 like it said. We spoke to Lady in charge and she was so apologetic and had our room re-cleaned and delivered us a rug as no heating. Location was perfect, Tram station out the front, Northcliffe Surf club a block away and 10 minute walk to Cavill Av. Would think of staying again as price was good and great Location, but would remind them of some Cleanliness.
