"Very disappointing experience. We chose this hotel mainly because of the pool for our son, only to arrive and find out it was closed until further notice. The room key cards were also not working, and we were given actual keys instead, which felt outdated and inconvenient. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 7 AM to 11 AM, but when we went down at 9 AM there was almost nothing left — no eggs, no cream cheese, no juice, and the coffee was cold. Staff did not seem prepared to restock anything. Overall, the hotel did not meet expectations and the experience was frustrating from start to finish."

"Plus side ; Price was very good 149 plus taxes , location good , friendly staff , quiet , ample parking, very pet friendly . Negative side ; the hotel is worn , needs a remodel, parking is 20.00 day , free coffee only until 8am . No microwave in room only mini frig . Front entrance smells of mold, grounds and parking garage littered , Long walk to get to elevators, bar/ food opens at 5pm . Food and drinks expensive ."

"Our stay was horrible. This hotel is very run down. Our room smelled like dirty feet, the carpet smelled like vomit, the sink in the bathroom was about to fall, the TV and the phone did not work. One of the two elevators was not working and it took multiple tries to be able to get a ride down. And in order to reach the elevator banks from the front door we had to walk up two short flights of stairs with our bags as the elevator was not working. The one bright spot was that the staff was nice."
