「The room is clean. I like the kitchen which is well equipped. There are a lot of restuarants and grocery stores nearby. The public transportation is a bit expensive.」

「Cute little unit with everything you need. Great communication by the host, clean unit, comfortable bed. Enjoyed our short 2-night stay in Iceland! My only cons would be distance from the airport - it's about an hour and two buses to get to the unit (with a 15-20 minute uphill walk from the bus stop at the local hostel). Also, the door frames are VERY low - I am 6'2" and nailed my head twice when we first arrived. Keep your head up if you're tall 😅」

「The property was represented as an “apartment” see its name, My wife inspected the unit and noted the ”furniture other than the beds. Was absent with only a microwave. Most parking was in rear with long walk to access the unit. Looked like a youth hostel or a dorm room. We couldn’t stay there at all, The location was far from center of Reykjavik. The manager emailed that he would cancel the reservation WITHOUT CHArge. II told the general management company that I am going to protest the charge...

「The basement apartment is spacious. We are able to open 2 luggages at the same time. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary tools and kitchenware. The check in process is smooth. Plenty of parking space.」

「No Pool! even though the main photo of the listing is of a pool, there is no pool on site, they offer access to a public pool about a mile away. To me, the whole point was to be able to go down for a quick swim with the kids, not have to venture out, find parking and all that hassle. That was very frustrating. Pool aside, the apartment was very nice. Clean and modern. Great view of the sunset over the ocean. If you're looking for a place with a pool, this isn't it. If you don't care...

「Great location, great size of room for family 3 or 4 people. Only complain is the sofa bed, poor quality , ot comfortable sleeping. 」

「This property is spectacular. The room is top notch and located in a great part of the city. My only complaint is the window in the washroom lets in cold air on windy nights and should really be repaired. It’s a minor inconvenience, but otherwise the property is 10/10. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the Reykjavík.」
