After complaining they moved us to a dirty room which was not cleaned and the toilet drainage smells. Wi-Fi connection was on and off throughout. No communication or update from staff. Last day of our stay at the hotel, we went out and came back to found our bedroom window opened. This was scary. 」

「Booking with you was useless because I got to the facility and they were not expecting me. All rooms were booked, leaving an unused room that was all dusty with a dirty bathroom. I couldn't return because of the distance, the bad road, and the fact that it was late. This issue must be addressed.」
