「Property is located just out of town and is on the end of a horseshoe of houses. We had plans in Jerseyville, Alton, and Grafton and this location made it easy to get to all three. The house is very neat and clean and comfy. It's a 2 bedroom house with queen beds and a pull out sofa in the living room that has a queen bed. The hosts communicated very well. We had no problems finding the place or checking in. It was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it.」

「We booked this house as I had surgery at Barnes. We came in the day before and the host left a get well card, waters and bananas/treats for us. The house was very clean, well decorated and had comfortable beds. There was coffee and tea available and I felt very much at home and able to heal in that environment. Miles was very prompt to respond to any questions I had. If I need a place to stay for future hospital visits, that's where I'd like to stay.」

「This is a great house for a family. There is plenty of space for multiple kids and adults. Nice common areas that support many activities. Highly recommend this property for a fun long weekend trip to explore St Louis area with convenient location for access to all of area. 」

「The stay was phenomenal. The location was a block away from everything. Restaurants, bars, shops, and gas stations were accessible within a rock’s throw. The host was there if I needed her. The house was perfect for me and my group. Everyone was very impressed.」

「Great property! Perfect size for our group of ten! Bit of an odd layout but I just think that’s how older houses are. Right in the middle of Grafton. We walked everywhere. Loved the courtyard and fire pit. Would definitely stay again! 」

「The siblings and spouses from Texas, Florida, Iowa and Minnesota all gathered for our annual reunion and could not have been more pleased with our stay! Great communication with management, clean accommodations, wonderful location with so much to see and do within waking distance made our trip memorable. The local restaurants were top notch yummy!Good time had by all. 」

「This was our 3rd time staying here as it is perfect for when one of us visits our daughter who attends Lindenwood University. We each have our own room, we can make meals, use the laundry machines, enjoy the TV and best of all it is in a quiet neighbourhood. Just wish the frying pan would be updated as it is warped and proper wine glasses would be supplied. :)」

「We enjoyed our stay in this historic setting with modern touches. Cute decorating, they included coffee, large televisions for evening relaxation, and prompt replies for questions and very clean house. We could walk everywhere! 」
