The cabin was a great space for our family to stay and enjoy some peace and quiet. The back deck is wonderful for sitting and having a cup of coffee in the mornings, and has the cover to provide protection if it rains. There were plenty of extra blankets provided, too. The host was great to check on us and see if we needed anything.

Best cabin in Golden Mo

We had a great time at the cabin, it is secluded but there are neighbors. The cabin was spotless and had all you would need. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and eating utensils. There was soap in the kitchen as well as in the bathroom she even provided shampoo and conditioner. The property manager was quick to reply to any questions we had. It was over all a great trip and I would recommend this cabin to all my friends and family!

Quiet, cute, and cozy, but not as clean as most prefer.

Overall our stay was quiet and comfortable. Neighborhood is nice and people were friendly. The cabin itself is cozy and cutely decorated. Mattresses were very comfortable. Had plenty of dishes to cook all our meals there. Thankful we had access to the propane grill. Great selection of movies and a karaoke machine. Property manager was easy to reach via text and friendly. Unfortunately there is not a clear path to safely walk to the lake below. The lake access was too shallow to float our tubes out on, so we had to drive to Emerald Beach about 10 min away, to float, which was beautiful. Sadly, the Kitchen Floors sink & counter were dirty and there was mouse poop in the corner near dining room table and upstairs bathroom behind toilet. Sticky and visible dirt in front of fridge. Not enough bath towels or wash cloths, toilet paper, or kitchen trash bags. Throw rugs in kitchen and bathroom were visibly soiled. Pot holders had dried food on them. It did not appear that housekeeping had much attention to detail. Other than that, it was an ok place to stay for the price.

Clean and cozy

My friend and I wanted a relaxing getaway and this was perfect. The property was very clean, cozy and peaceful. We were able to relax, go for a nice walk, binge watch some shows and even nap! The kitchen was fully equipped so we had brought food to make all of our meals and it worked out perfect. The Wi-fi could be spotty, I have a different cell service than my friend. She didn’t have any problems though. Definitely a great place for some peace and quiet
