We had booked the Deerpark location, but the morning we were to check-in, we received a message indicating that we've been moved to a different rental location due to a 'plumbing issue at Deerpark'. Unfortunately no AC and we were assigned a room overlooking the parking lot, so with window open for ventilation we had to experience some late night vehicular traffic noise. While well kept we saw some cob webs on the ceiling of our room, but luckily no spiders."
