Cozy Cottage

Great place to stay,veteran friendly!

Nice cottage and owners went out of their way to be hospitable. Even loved the veterans fishing poles to fish with in there ponds.

Weekend getaway

Great peaceful getaway

This property was just perfect for a peaceful weekend! The house was neat and clean and the owner provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. In fact, I wish that we could have stayed longer. If we're ever visiting this area again, we will definitely return.

Peaceful rest

We love this property and will probably be back many times in the future to stay and we spend time working on our land or hunting nearby. So clean and comfortable. The Hoyers are excellent hosts and so very easy to communicate with! Love this property!

Best Thanksgiving

First time using VRBO

We had been searching for a better solution of a place to stay while visiting family other than a hotel. Finding this cottage in a quiet country setting with animals, trails and wonderful hosts was a perfect solution. The house is comfy and well equipped. We definitely will be repeat users of this VRBO.

Beautiful view all around

Melissa and Bob thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. This place was the highlight of my year. Everything was perfect we could not have asked for more. Melissa is so inviting and sweet. We felt like family. I was relaxed and happy that I already booked this for Thanksgiving only 3 days into the trip.

Best Thanksgiving

This is the second time I have stayed here. I cannot say enough about Melissa and Bob. So friendly and welcoming. I'm in love with this place. The home has everything you need. It was so nice to be so relaxed. Fresh air and country life is the best. Thank you so for letting us stay at your home.

Great, Quiet Getaway

Melissa and Bob are the most gracious and helpful hosts. We spent 3 months there to escape our home state winter. Acres of land to explore. Great bass fishing. The dogs are very friendly. The horses Roy and JR, and the donkey Jack are a hoot. All very friendly. Still can say enough about Melissa and Bob, wonderful people. The house had everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and cleaning. The WiFi is super. There is a fiber optic line running thru the property so I suspect they are connected to that. The well water is excellent tasting. Nice patio with a gas or charcoal grill, gas or wood fire pit. Nice shade trees. Lots of wildlife. Just a great place to stay. And stars that we can't see in the city.
