Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly , the receptionist Julian was very polite and we enjoyed everything about the services . The SPA was wonderful , to pass an amazing weekend with that price was amazing .

Friendly and helpful staff, Julian delivered exceptional customer service/leadership skills, he is the man to go to with any queries or enquiries. We Loved the indoor pool, jacuzzi and spa services. Large variety of buffet style meals, but my family preferred the a la carte dinner meals. Will definitely come back to this hotel.

Travelled from Scotland. Hotel spotlessly clean! Rooms fantastic! Great beach location. Staff very helpful & friendly. One of the best places we have visited! We didn't eat in restaurant but Al a cart food is excellent! Spa wonderful. Julian & all the staff made our stay very special. Will definitely return to Albania! Five stars!
