"Great location, quick walk to Coastal Village Road and the beach. Nicely decorated. Everything that you need can be found tucked away. As the listing says, the house is very close to the 101 freeway. Recommend you bring your airpods or ear pods to help fall asleep if you are bothered by noise. "A beautiful property but the rooms are dated, especially the bathrooms. It have stayed here many times but this time I saw a very obvious drop in the quality of service — from the house keeping, waiters and hostesses. You go to a property like this to be surrounded by the est and the staff and as mostly different. Maybe just overwhelmed? For the prices they charge, I’d expect more like the level they have provided in the past."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, location was great. There are more homeless around SB than before and there was one vagrant that came to the hotel in the middle of the night. That was scary but the police finally removed them. So, a really good hotel to stay in on so many level, location, breakfast and staff and price. Like I said, great location as a primary reason to stay but I would ask for the after hours number, there is one but it is not posted."
