「We stayed in mid-May for my son’s wedding. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and although small because it’s a vintage house, there were thoughtful touches throughout. This property has everything you could need, cookware, coffee maker, plenty of towels and blankets and a fenced yard for pets. Would stay there again.」

「This place was amazing! Super clean. Nice amenities. Check in was easy! Loved the high ceilings. Even though they don’t have staff onsite, they have someone always available to communicate with. It’s walking distance to State St. The showers were soooo nice. It had a rain fall shower head. I didn’t want to get out. We will definitely be staying here again!」

「The property was clean. However, it was difficult to find the place, The number wasn't clearly visible. I was greeted by this person that I didn't know lived and worked in the property. I wish I knew so that I was expecting someone in close proximity. There wasn't any shampoo. The microwave was outside the property. Parking was very tight, There was an aircooler but no air conditioner. It was vert hot, and it was a tad bit uncomfortable in the room.」

「The accommodations were pretty good. The check-in was easy, and the unit is pretty nice overall. Bathroom looks well done, towels are plush. Kitchenette has a sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, good-sized mini refrigerator, utensils, and a few other appliances that could be used. Bed was a good size and comfortable. 「The property is located in a quiet charming neighborhood that is easily walkable to State Street where everything you want is readily available. The Santa Barbara Mission and Museum is a 20 min walk or 10 min drive. We found our room to be very comfortable and well appointed with thoughtful items that we didn’t know needed!
