「We’ve just returned from a fantastic two-night winter sun break at the Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel, and it absolutely delivered. 「Volgens de omschrijving is er een bubbelbad; dat is in dit geval een gewoon bad met bubbel installatie. Dus geen hot tube of zo. Kamers zijn schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is er erg goed met een ruime keuze aan gerechten.」

「圣诞节期间入住的，酒店每天都组织很多活动，有专门的工作人员带着小孩儿玩，做游戏还发奖牌，圣诞节当天有圣诞老人来照相，每个孩子都发了小礼物，我儿子玩得特别开心。房间里烹饪设备齐全，酒店里有个超市可以买各种必需品，价格合理。出门左转几步路还有个中餐馆（只是看见没有去吃，无法评价）。总之大大的推荐，有机会还会去住。」

「Helpful staff」

「Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.」

「Clean, modern, staff very friendly and no requests was ever too much. Food was above average in the buffet, lots of fish and meat options. The al a carte restaurants were superb, particularly the Teppanyaki. 」
