"We enjoyed the hot tub, the room was clean and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. We could have used more small spoons and some plastic drinking cups. In the bedroom with the window, I found that the curtain did not adequately cover the window. There was alot of light coming through at night. The games room was constantly occupied due to March break. We were never able to play pool. In general, there wasn't enough light in the living area. Overall we enoyed our stay and would definitely return in the summer. "

"Nice hotel, very good location, friendly staff. Lots of activities for kids and the outside skating in the forest was very nice :) But the room ( deluxe suite, 3rd floor ) was tired and would really really need renovation… we thought it was quite expensive for what we got. We ate at restaurant, quite expensive also and good but not excellent : part of the main dish ( truit) was cold unfortunately and the filet mignon was good but not great... and service was kind of scarce. "

"Clean room, great skiing, really nice staff, very nice hot tub and sauna,. The only thing I have to say is that the sofa bed and main bed room bed are not super comfortable. "

"Our stay went well!A few pieces of feedback:- We would have appreciate enough toilet paper for our stay considering there was 12 of us across 3 nights - The towels had a weird smell, as if they weren’t washed with laundry detergent- The stair railing is a big safety hazard as it is loose and wobbly- The washroom situation is a bit inconvenient. It’s obviously not something that is fixable, but just a heads up for future visitors, both washrooms are conjoined with the bedrooms. Especially the one downstairs, the only way to enter the bedroom is through the bathroom, and if someone needs to used the bathroom, you’re kind of trapped in your bedroom until they are done.- The beds weren’t set up for us but instead the fitted sheets and pillow cases were placed on top of the bed. It would be nice if those could have been placed on the bed already for us! We also believe the queen bed upstairs had a bed bug. Otherwise, the house is beautiful, the open concept is nice, and the location is super convenient with the house being very close to mont Tremblant village, a skating trail, and other shops and restaurants "
