“The room was spotless, the staff were very welcoming, the air conditioning and the lift were a welcome treat. The amenities were very thoughtful. The only things that surprised me was that the room had no windows and the wifi did not work. The location was excellent, a very walkable area. ”

“Excellent choice for a cheap place to stay within walking distance of gateway to india, museums, modern art galleries, sea walks, docks. Comfortable bed, good hot water shower, air con , tv . ”

“Overall, for a small town, this place was decent. The pool was nice, but care should be taken as small children can easily access it. They do have a place in the pool for small children. The food at the hotel was satisfying. The small playground was fun for the kids. While the resort is situated by the "lake," it is actually a pond. The staff were helpful and spoke sufficient English to allow for communication.”

“Things I liked about the Hotel was the good location, near the sea and several tourist attractions. I also liked the rooftop bar and spent several evenings there. The breakfast had a indish buffet (but you could get toasted bread or boiled egg or omelette). I missed fresh coffee at the breakfast though. One thing that was a bit odd is that the cleaners didn’t seem to have access to the rooms, so that you had to leave your keycard at the reception if you wanted cleaning. The staff was pretty……

“The property is nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay. However the service is terrible as there is no means of communication with the front desk. Also multiple times, request for breakfast , water etc took lot of time. We are early risers and need breakfast early. They served at 10AM!!. They need to improve their service drastically.”

“the room is not very bright, the toilet is not welcoming at all... good choice only if you are staying outside all the day as it is cheap and very close to the sae side. Starbucks round the corner is a big plus!”
