There was regular communication during my stay and the questions and issues I raised were responded to quickly. The apartment, itself, is in a very convenient neighborhood close to the MRT, Taipei 101, and other shopping centers. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable, and I appreciated the in-unit laundry. Overall, I had a very nice stay.”

They were communicative and helped us with certain arrangements: booking vans from/to the airport, making reservations at restaurants, etc. They try to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and I'll be a repeat customer if I'm ever back in Taipei.”
