「This was the first time we had online check in. I am older and needed assistance. The person was truly great! She was patient, clear and respectful while she walked me through check in process. The facility was beautiful! Clean and quiet! The pool area was super nice and we spent time there. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge area. We watched the thunder and lightening each night up there. Our room was very nice! We had a kitchen and washer/dryer. We will definitely be staying there again!」

「We were only here for one short stay. Arrived at 3 o’clock, and we were given the code to our room. We were in unit number one at the corner. We had an issue at the very beginning where we couldn’t find the bed, and it turns out the bedroom door had locked behind the housekeeper I guess. Once she came and unlocked it for us everything was perfect. The kitchen and bedroom are both beautifully updated as well as the bathroom. We were very happy with our stay.」

In addition, communication with the property owner has been outstanding, and this time we had 2 very minor issues, including a normal appliance glitch.
