PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet neighborhood, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbors who will let us know if there is any disturbances.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
