“What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. “Fantastic house, steps away and you are on the beach. 3 blocks from the center of Folly Beach. The decks have a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and nice. Kitchen was awesome. 2 refridgerators, super ice maker, all the cookware you need, clean and fresh. We are booked again for next August. “Incredible house! We had a couple of minor issues but the management company took care of everything fairly quickly. We had a large group and having multiple ovens, fridges, microwaves etc really helped! House seemed very clean and was well-equipped.
