“Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊”

“A very comfortable condo for family or friends. 3 bedrooms total, one downstate with en suite bath and the upstairs has 2 with a Jack and Jill bath. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The feature that we enjoyed most was the deck/patio on the water. The AC works well and the kitchen has everything necessary for cooking. Close to grocery store, many restaurants, shopping and a quick 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach. ”

(YouBet Guide Service Captain Richard Coan) The house was super clean, modern and well appointed and we had way more room than we needed. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the house. It was great and being close to the harbor where we launched from was super convenient. Will book again when in Rockport.”
