"Property was fairly clean. They are under staffed, we waited about 15 min to check in due to the clerk was off cleaning. They advertised a hot tub, it was there but according to the clerk it had been broken for quite some time. I booked this hotel for the location and the hot tub. No where did it warn you the hot tub was broken. The breakfast was the same every day, eggs and sausage. The coffee was horrible. Not a place I will stay again."

"Fantastic stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Rockport-Fulton. The suite was a perfect for a single traveler with some extra bags or a family with 2 toddlers. The breakfast was on-point and looking forward to our next stay. Not only that, but the front desk staff were happy and actually seem like the like interacting with guests. I'm writing this review from Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rockport - Bay View by IHG which had availability this time. DO NOT stay here, outdated rooms, no smart TV's, EVERY, SINGLE ice machine on each floor is broken and I was told at check-in the pancake/waffle maker is broken. Management obviously sucks here and does not care about the upkeep. TLTR: Stay at Hampton Inn and Suites, DO NOT stay at crapy Holiday Inn Express & Suites."

"Disappointed after staying there. Filthy floor and bathroom. We trusted the reviews before booking our room but how disappointed. Bad odor, folks standing outside smoking all directions. Expedia stated they have hot tub available but they don’t. It’s like staying at a motel super cheap and doesn’t worth the price. Will not return again. The beds were firm and comfortable to sleep on. "

"There was a piece of kids clothing hanging over the bathroom door and hair on the bathroom tub and floor, but beds were clean and wifi was iffy. The staff was nice though😅😅 OH and ants in the bathroom sink if I rinsed my kids cups out in it."
