  • Incredible Lake Palo Pinto Outdoor Living for the entire family and friends. Remodeled home with all the amenities. Huge lighted pickleball & basketball court with large outdoor living deck with two fire pits, big screen TV's , Sonos outdoor speakers, 8 person hot tub, ceiling fans, infrared heaters, outdoor kitchen with flattop grill & gravity fed charcoal grill and ice machine. Two sets of washers & dryers. Seating for over 20 people on the deck alone. Private boat dock and boat tamp on the propert. Plenty of parking and covered parking for three cars . We had an amazing stay! Our family of 20 had enough room, with plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. The highlight of the property was definitely the outdoor space. There was ample seating where we could gather, play games, and spend quality time together. The pickleball courts were a huge hit, they kept the younger kids entertained for hours and even sparked a fun, competitive tournament among the adults! It was the perfect place for our large family to relax, laugh, and make lasting memories.Dave was great! He was prompt when I had questions and was willing to make our as comfortable as he could.The only advice we would give future guests is to make sure you bring all of your groceries with you. There isn’t a nearby grocery store for a quick trip if you forget something, so planning ahead will make your stay even more enjoyable.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great spot for group of 14 college friends reunion. Ample space, great back porch and amenities. Lake and private dock were terrific. Would definitely return!
