「Host's are amazing, kind and generous. The place is clean and well maintained. The bed is comfortable. We enjoyed grilling on the deck and sitting next to the lake. Ernie was very accomodating on allowing us to use dock to tie up our boat. The propery view was relaxing. We will definitely come back.」

「We decided to get away last minute for Mother’s Day and this property was available. We didn’t need all the frills. Just a place to rest and enjoy the scenery. This place fit the need. The house was quaint. The hot tub was enjoyable and the views were perfect. I think I stayed on the back deck the whole weekend. Plus we got to bring our dog and he loved it too. 「Very beautiful view of Lake from the House. It is a 20 -25 minute drive to Milledgeville, but love the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The Boat Dock has an outlet so that you can charge your boat. The Boat Ramp is about 10 minutes around the Lake (Cosby's Landing), but when you get the Boat in, it is diagonal from the House.」

「This is a great lake house! We enjoyed the views and the quiet of the neighborhood. Some in our group swam from the dock. Some floats and swim towels are provided. We were in town to celebrate a Georgia College graduation, and the house provided the perfect place to gather and celebrate afterwards. The outdoor space is very accommodating, with several different seating areas, and inviting, while the indoor space is super comfortable. Perfect for what we needed!」
