"The nicest staff, proximity to the beach was amazing, highly recommend!"

"The front desk staff is exceptional; helpful, caring, funny. Love the room carts during the day to get room supplies with or without cleaning service. The room attendant on my floor even stopped to ask if I needed anything. Still need a bit of breakfast work. Omelet's seem like frozen patties. Would be nice to add spoons at the coffee pots for sugar and napkins for coffee after hours."

"Walls were paper thin. Heater was broken and we had to have it replaced. Blew out dry hot air and kept us up all night as there was no way to adjust between blasting heat or freezing cold. Phone didn't work. Engineer and front desk were very kind but they never made any offer for the problems we faced. Even soap wasn't left in the room by housekeeping. "

"It's a cute and very clean hotel. There's an atrium that all rooms open from. There's a parking garage under the facility with an elevator to all floors. The location is great. It's a couple of blocks to the boardwalk and lots of shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The downside is that you can hear people in adjoining rooms. Other than that it's a great place to stay. "

"Amazing location and great staff. Unfortunately there were some minor cleanliness issues- ants and some things that were missed, but nothing serious. Great spot to stay, friendly front desk, breakfast and amenities. Also fun to see the osprey!"

"The staff was fine. Breakfast, although listed as one of the best, was pretty much the same except for a change between pancakes and French toast. Our room was clean and comfortable. Temps were in room controlled so that was helpful. The spa was closed on Wednesday so we never got to use it. Hot tub, we didn't all bring suits so didn't use. We asked more than once for a fire outside snd it never happened.. that was a big disappointment. All in all, I would return."

"This is a cheap motel that happens to be on the beach. The elevator smelled like urine, there was NO hot water at all, the doors were rusted, and when I tried to communicate about the hot water the hotel manager nor Expedia did much to resolve. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"The hotel and room were fine. We got a room in the front with a balcony that had a decent view of the Main Street. The location is good at the end of the street so you see everything on the walk to the beach just a few blocks away."

"We never did stay at the cross winds hotel they sent us up the block to stay at a place called the coast that was pretty good"
