「The apaprtment is a bit outside city center.
Very spacious, the balcony was generous as well.
There is a washing machine that functions very well.
Only thing to be improved is cleanlines in the kitchen
and it would be good if we had a fly swatter for a couple of flies from outside.
The gentleman at reception was very nice and helpful. No problem with communication.
The Billa supermarket is close by, a large mall with clothing and food court.
We enjoyed being there.」

「Very clean, super lovely staff (shoutout to Raya who had the best recommendation for a day in Sofia), location is good, 10/15mn away from the historical center and both check in and check out was very straight forward
WiFi is a bit unstable but they're working on it and we were on holiday so in a way, it forced us to disconnect a bit which was not a bad thing for us.
I'm sincerely looking forward to returning to Dunav Apartment and Sofia!」

「The reason, that we chose this hotel is the reviews of other customers. Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). The only thing we were disappointed was food, we didn't manage to have dinner as we had planned. The hotel...
