"Lovely brand new hotel - recently taken over by VOCO IHG chain. Breakfast was amazing with good choices. Transport links were easy. 1hr to get the train to Krakow. Get the AP bus also - airport to hotel area in around 40 mins and cost 7 zloty each. A cab on arrival was 258!! Lovely coffee machine and kettle in the room. We had a standard room which had a sofa. Very good deal. "

"Building and the apartment where as per photos and really nice. However there was no contact, phone call, text, email with the details about how to get in. I was struggling around,at almost midnight, trying to find my way in and finally I had to call the agency for the details (luckily, lady picked up the phone and was very helpful). Nevertheless, saying “you should have received a message from us at 1pm… oh, your phone number is wrong, too many digits…”. No, not too many, simply not a polish...

"The hotel was central and made travelling by train / bus so convenient. The bars, restaurants and shops were literally on the door step. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was fab with lots of choice and the hot buffet was different each day - this has always annoyed me in other hotels when it is the same hot food each day. Would definitely recommend this hotel for tourists visiting Katowice. "
