Welcome to your lovingly furnished “OSCAR” apartment with a wonderful view of the Marktkirche.

Look forward to two spacious bedrooms, an inviting living room with a cozy reading nook and a light-filled dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom.

The first bedroom features a comfortable king-size box-spring bed (180x200 cm).
The second bedroom also features a comfortable king-size bed as well as a practical pull-out bed that can be flexibly converted from a sofa or single bed into a queen-size bed (160x200 cm).
The living room invites you to relax with a cozy reading nook, a stylish dining area with a direct view of the Marktkirche, and a comfortable TV area. The 65-inch smart TV is perfect for movie nights together. There’s also a comfortable sleeper sofa here with an additional mattress topper (sleeping surface: 150x200 cm).

A small selection of board games and books provides entertainment—perfect for relaxing evenings.

The apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics, so you’ll feel completely at home from the very first moment.

Since our apartment is centrally located near the Marktkirche, direct parking at the building is unfortunately not possible. However, you can pull up briefly right in front of the building to load and unload—that’s no problem.

For longer-term parking, we recommend the 24-hour “Kaiserpfalz Nord” parking lot (access via Kaiserbleek 1, Goslar).

Daily flat rate: 8 €/day
Or: 1 €/hour (between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.)

The parking lot is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment and offers a convenient solution for your stay in the Old Town.
