「Breakfast was great. The staff were excellent.」

「I think it is unfair to assume that everyone has a digital wallet and knows how to access your digital key. I was unsuccessful in getting on the app you kept sending and sending. In the room, you offer a physical card. Why can’t you afford that ahead of time? I did not mind making a stop at your sister hotel to get his card. But I had to go through the frustrating steps with your AI robot and I believe a real person. If a guest indicates no interest in doing this digitally, they should not...

「Helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed, has a store room for my bike.」

「It is very good for everything.」

「Very clean and convenient location to bus and train station. 」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out, said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」
