The room was nice, had a very nice view. The location is perfect, you have to types of public transportation just outside the hotel. The staff was nice, I ate a few times at the hotel restuarant which was also nice...they had a very nice prosecco. The only thing that I found less was, that I left my hairbrush in the bathroom and when I came back I noticed that it was used, I found other hair in it. But I would stay again at the hotel for sure.
This was part of the view with my stay on the 10th floor.

Great views of the Erasmus Bridge and the harbour. Walkable to most city highlights. Welcoming reception staff, clean public areas and room. Very comfy beds. Lovely big shower. Nice breakfast buffet.

Good recovery by hotel

Hotel mattress was extremely hard so the elder fell off the bed on the first night. Hotel was quick to try to rectify it, with a change of room no less. Glad we paid for breakfast, which made it easier given our travel with senior.

Small room but cosy

We stayed here for 2 nights to visit our daughter who studies in Rotterdam. At checkinn we liked the treat. Breakfast price of 18€ was to much for us. We found nice places in the direct neighboorhood. Renovations and maintenance in the hall did not bother too much. Our room was small but comfortable, view at one of the canals of the Martime Museum.

Coffee from the Starbucks in reception was luke warm but best, got it, went straight to the lift, tasted it in the lift and had to drink it straight away before the lift even got up to the 3rd floor. Also, the noise from the vehicles going over the section of road that lifts to let the boats through made a rumble which whey trying to get to sleep was a bit of a nuisance. The beds were very comfortable though.

We were leaving on a cruise the next day so the location was ideal as it was a short tram ride away from the cruise port. It was also within easy walking distance of the food market as well as a shopping area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
