Simply stunning! A staff member met our airport transfer vehicle at the gate of the Medina and led us to the property. This was essential as otherwise it would have been challenging to find it! “The staff are generally very nice especially the maid preparing breakfast to us, she is very attentive. The properties is inside an alleys, you may not able to park the car in the alleys, someone with very high skill in maneuvering car in alleys may find it ok. The wifi is not connected to our room, it serves in the common living room where you have breakfast. Also, you need to ring the bell of main door to gain entry, it is not common to other dwelling. ”

“The room smells strange and strong like some very string cleaning chemicals and the staff thats infront of the door outside is rude and needs to be changed ”

“The room was nice. Staff was good. There was no housekeeping if you didn't leave the key and when you did there was things that were not completely restocked. They took our dirty towels but then didn't leave any clean ones. If you stay with more than one person and they take the key the person who stays could possibly be locked in the room with no way to open the door. ”
