“We had a great experience! The hotel was lovely, and everything was smooth and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!”

“One word- cockroach. I went to bed around 11:00PM, and I looked up at the ceiling to a bug I had never seen before. I texted my daughter a pic and asked her what it was. It was a cockroach. She said VA was known to have a problem with them. I stood on the bed and banged a book against it, and it fell. I took another picture, to make sure I had identified it. I only stayed one night, and hardly slept at all. I found out that the contact info that the owner shared with me was only texting, when I……

“Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious! This place is just a short walk to historic Williamsburg and all the shops.”

“Very nice B&B, warm and inviting. Comfortable bed.”

“Clean, quiet, very large and comfortable space.”

“The bath room is tiny; both the shower and the sink”

“Outstanding cleanliness and great and extremely helpful staff. One of the cleanest I’ve stayed in.”

“Wonderful hosts. Delicious breakfast. Convenient to walk or drive to Colonial Williamsburg. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Williamsburg.”

“The property itself is quite good—newly renovated facilities, a convenient location, and a nice free breakfast. It’s easy to see why it has a 9.0 rating and overall, it’s worth it. However, I was assigned a room right next to the ice machine and emergency exit. I checked in late at night and didn’t realize the potential for noise. Unfortunately, the receptionist didn’t mention anything about it, even though I was traveling with kids. Starting as early as 6 a.m., guests began walking around for……

“Breakfast buffet was ok. Had the basics. Carpet in room and hallway needs a little love. Stayed in the sweet. Corner jetted tup was a life saver and the room was spacious. Front desk personnel were kind and helpful”

“Room and facility was clean but we have state there several years and they need to update. Friendly helpful staff.”

“Good!”

“I was not happy with my stay, the extra blanket they had in the room was ripped & dirty. No room service after 10:30pm I had to send my daughter to the front desk to get a blanket for the room. Overall it was not worth paying $140 for one night”

“Change of ownership has made for positive changes. Beds and linens were really nice and it was cleaner than past trips. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the college.”

“Our overall experience was good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. There were no hot foods, and other selections were limited. Had to ask for more washcloths and hand towels every day. Asked twice for the shower gel to be refilled. The room and bathroom were very clean. We would stay at a Spark again.”
