I have to compliment the staff, professional and friendly. Also the condition of the room , very good air con system , and a shower that was easy to adjust. Full marks from me , would recommend and come again.

Club room was great. Comfortable bed, good view of the port, great shower and great smart TV. Coffee machine was a nice touch and the Gym and pool package was good. Not so good was the lift not working although the staff were taking people up in the staff lift if needed. I was on the 5th floor though! ...

Good value Clean and comfortable stay

Simple self check in into a narrow hall way leading up some stairs to get to the rooms. This area was will lit and secure. Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com ...
