"This is an awesome hotel. The breakfast with Western, Korean, Japanese and Chinese options is to die for. A wonderful culinary experience. The rooms are spacious and come with a washer and dryer combo, and other amenities. The hotel is closely situated to major Joseon-era palaces, shopping, and parks. Absolutely fabulous!"

"It was a good experience overall but there were some inconsistencies from housekeeper. They took our bathrobes and never gave us replacements right after the first and second day of our stay. They also didnt provide trash bags for the garbages in the bathroom and kitchen except for the first time which feels strange for a 5 star hotel but overall, I am thankful for the job they did helping us clean up the room and there were no other qualms besides that. The washer dryer combo was terrible though and I do not recommend using it unless you plan on being there when it finishes because your clothes will just be a soaking wet mess after the “dry cycle.”"

"The rooms were clean but smaller than what we are used to in the US. The breakfast buffet was excellent! We stayed long & each morning the chef already knew how we liked our eggs prepared. The staff were all very nice & attentive to details. The male front desk manager was very accommodating & friendly. Gave us drinks upon arrival."
