The guesthouse is up the hill and a narrow set of stairs. The rooftop area is nice. The room itself is clean. However there is a lot of mold in the washrooms and showers due to ventilation issues. I’m not sure if the owner knows. I mentioned it and they said sorry).

Jin was very accessible, responding to all texts immediately. She picked us up at the train, which was so nice. Everything was very clean and she supplied whatever we needed. We had the "suite" , which is a private 2 bedroom, bath and kitchenette om the first floor. If you value privacy, you will rent rhis area. The bed was hard for me and it could be noisy at night, but all in all a good location, spotless, accommodating, and a great value. Thank you, Jin.

Great location and super helpful host Jin who went out of her way to ease our trip. The hill leading to the guesthouse is pretty manageable unless you are carrying heavy luggage. The building is older and there are some signs of gentle wear and tear, but Jin made a great effort to make it comfortable, and it provides excellent value given the price, location, and amount of space for our family of 4. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Jin is one of the kindest souls I've ever met. The hostel is clean and there is laundry and simple breakfast. The door is padded, so even though one of the girls in my room kept slamming the door, I didn't find it too loud. I found my stay very lovely and comfortable. 진님, 정말 고맙습니다!

Jin was very kind and responsive, and the apartment was spotless! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Jin even let us keep our bags at the property for most of the day after checkout because our train home was in the evening.

A really nice option if you're on a budget and don't mind sharing the space with strangers. The host was very sweet and easy to communicate with. The location is very close to a lot of food and not too far from the subway station so it was pretty convenient. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Super friendly hosts. Thank you, Jin! Upstairs was not so much as described or pictured, but overall we appreciated our room and it was about as expected for the pricing tier and Asian lodging in general. Should try for a softer pillow, and small table lamps in the bedroom versus the glary ceiling fixture.

The staff were very nice and patient, and most of the facilities/amenities were convenient and maintained well. It was a very quiet area, even being in a city there were no noticeable nightlife sounds. Also within 5-10 min walking distance of numerous food/shops/stations/and a park. While the important main areas like beds/baths/kitchen were kept clean, the common area was a bit too crowded with stuff to feel usable, and there was quite a bit of dust/grime buildup in various nooks like behind beds and appliances. Overall a very comfortable place to stay and well worth it.

Price is extremely reasonable and I think the place is great for it. Except… the bathrooms are pretty moldy. I think it’s difficult since there isn’t a lot of ventilation and the showers aren’t sectioned off, so the water gets everywhere in the bathroom. I would have liked to know this before booking.

Guest house is about 10-15mins walkable form Hongik station exit 9 but have to make sure u can climb the very steep hill road to reach the guest house. With heavy and big luggage will be more difficult. But the host kind enough to offer pick up at Hongik subway station.

This was a really amazing experience. The hosts were so kind. They picked us up from and dropped us off at the metro station, offered food, and has a lovely place. There was a shared bathroom, but only a few people staying so there was never and issue. Highly recommend as this was a great spot

There was a lovely rooftop where I drank my coffee every morning. Coffee and simple breakfast foods were provided, as was a cold and hot water dispenser, which is important in a city where it isn't a good idea to drink the tap water. Laundry available was a plus, and the location is close to many restaurants, shops, and convenience stores.
