The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel had a cafe, restaurant, and laundry facilities. There were many coffee shops, convenient stores, and restaurants nearby. Bus stops and train stations are also close. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Location is great. Luggage storage free for 24 hours. Rooms have rolling doors to the bathroom, so it gets a little noisy at night if you are sensitive to sound, but room has all the amenities you need including pyjamas!

Nestled right in the heart of Myeongdong, it offers immediate access to the vibrant shopping streets, countless dining options, and excellent transportation links — everything is just a few steps away. Limousine bus stop to and from Incheon airport just half a block from the hotel. The service here is equally impressive. The staff are consistently friendly, professional, and always eager to help, making you feel genuinely welcomed from the moment you arrive. The breakfast buffet is another highlight. It offers a wide selection of fresh and delicious options, perfectly blending Korean and international dishes — a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city. In short, this hotel delivers exceptional value with its prime location, attentive service, and outstanding breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Seoul.

I was very impressed with the property and the hotel as a whole! Our flight got delayed and we missed a day and the hotel was kind enough to hold onto our reservation even though it was clearly a popular time for tourists. They also checked us in extremely late and treated us with kindness all the way through. The staff was always courteous, kind, and helpful in making us feel comfortable during our stay and also helped me with a broken dryer that I was trying to use, and never once acted like it was something that was annoying or too difficult. To top it all off, this hotel was right in the heart of Seoul and was perfect to go literally anywhere there! We checked off just about everything we were looking to do in the time we were there and it was in large part due to the centrality of the hotel's location. I can't recommend this place enough and I know that if we ever come back to Seoul, we will certainly look to stay here first!
