The hotel was wonderful. The front desk staff were courteous and efficient, and made an effort to understand my limited Korean. Papago was very useful. :). The room quite nice and the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and hard working. My room was in perfect order when I returned from a long evening of eating and drinking too much somaek. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and convenient- super close to the main Hongdae shopping area and eats, and the Hongik University Station. The design of the room was aesthetically clean and pleasing, bed was plush and soft, and the amenities (water bottles, gym, laundry machines, etc) were a bonus. The staff were always super friendly and hospitable. If I had to mention one gripe, it’s that the shower drain is a little slow, but it wasn’t a huge issue. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overall very convenient hotel to stay at. Only issue was the shower which didn’t seem to drain well so having a running shower would build up 2-3cm of water at your feet at times
