The gym is the best hotel gym ever. The hotel is a little hike from itaewon station and bars/stores/food but the amenities and service are overwhelmingly excellent

The staff in general was top notxh. The staff member Victoria was extremely helpful, courteous and genuinely kind in assisting us with our checkout and procuring a taxi for our airport departure. I was so pleased to have been a guest here. This hotel will forever be my go to when staying in Seoul. Thank you all!

Great breakfast buffet with a range of western and local choices. The gym in the basement is pretty good and comprehensive so better than many. Our room faced the back and despite being on a high floor did not have much of a view. Rooms facing the front have a very good view, as we saw when one was being cleaned.

The restaurants, outdoor pool, and rooftop is beautiful, well maintained, and clean. The indoor pool and gym also spectacular and clean. Limited local Korean options around to choose from.

We loved the property and the staff, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating! The only thing I would note is that that main pool is an additional charge even for hotel guests! Something to keep in mind if the pool is a selling point for you! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Mondrian Hotel, a jewel in Itaewon. Very friendly staff, nice big indoor pool (also for kids) and nice atmosphere especially in the lobby with music and nice interior. You can walk to lively Itaewon for more restaurants and shops. A few bus lines pass close to the hotel, which make it convenient to for example to Seoul Station and airports ( by changing once into airport railroad). Thank you to all the staff, making our stay rememberable.

Major issue booking page doesn’t note that pool is not open on first Tuesday of the month. Only notes after booking. This is disingenuous. Also, I was asked to pay for the pool and noted it was free for my booking and need to wait for them to confirm this.

I think this hotel is primarily for weddings, which they promote. It has a great lobby, but you don't spend time in the lobby. The rooms are small and tired. It's definitely not a five star hotel.

Bit of a treat

Booked this for two days whilst visiting my brother, sis-in-law and new nephew, to give them some relaxation and something a little special. It ticked all the boxes, lovely room, lovely facilities, we used the indoor pool as it was out of season for the outdoor one. Nearby a great place to go for a drink or two in Itaewon.

You can't use the outdoor pool you need to pay like 50000 won if you want to use it. I complained about it and they get me 2 passes for my daughter and I to use them. I only booked that hotel for the outdoors pool to be honest. Very far from the metro station in Itaewon. *Walked like easy 4 or 5 blocks to get to the Hotel. The employees were the best, very attentive, willing to help, English speakers.

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurant in Seoul (maybe the best) is in the lobby. If you have to weather a snow storm, you have all the facilities you need in the building. Good location as well.

The hotel was beautiful, had helpful staff, and wonderful amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the deep tissue massage in the spa. Surprisingly, one of the more desirable amenities, the outdoor pool, came with an additional charge and time restrictions. Also, there was construction next door that began working as early as 6am, which was inconvenient for sleeping. I realize the latter is not within the hotel's control, but a disclosure or effort to place guests further from the construction noise would have been appreciated. My room was in the closest corner to the construction possible, so it was quite loud for me.
