This is the second time I am staying here at the Plaza. The staff has been super friendly and enjoyed their complimentary bottle of wine and cookies. I really enjoyed my stay at The Plaza Hotel. Very good service, from the valet to check-in desk. They give great thought and care. I appreciate the pool and luggage storage. Great hotel! The staff is so kind and service-oriented. Standard room was a bit small, but well-designed and had everything we needed, with a great view. Housekeeping did an impeccable job.
