Small detached villa house of 80 m2 superb view of the mountains small sea view, located in the corner of a plot of 1000 m2 (small sea view of the land).
New construction completed in November 2017 trendy decor, independent access, direct access to the swimming pool (size 10m x 4m with a 20 cm section of water for sunbathing. The swimming pool is used only by the occupants of the cottage.
This comfortable cottage includes: a walk-in shower, a separate kitchen and two terraces, one in the sun the other shaded. WIFI next to the swimming pool. washing machine available, baby accessory on request

bedroom 1: A double bed with a single loft bed, with a double sofa bed available in the living room. Ideal 3-5 people
bedroom 2: two single beds
Located 1 minute from the low land / Pointe à pitre axis, ideal for visiting the mainland and the lowland. All shops within 1 min. Located 20 minutes from the airport. Hiking and waterfall at 2km. The beach at 4 km, the white sand beaches of the mainland at 25 minutes. 20 minutes from the landing stage to go to the Ile des Saints.
Possibility of recovery at the airport.
5mn surf and kite surf spot

Super semaine près de Goyave en Guadeloupe

Logement au top !Parfaitement situé sur Basse Terre au calme ET à proximité des axes de circulationEnvironnement agréable, très vert, au pied du parc national, et même avec un aperçu merLogement moderne totalement fonctionnel: équipements, lave-linge, clim, WIFI...Super piscinePropriétaires disponibles flexibles réactifs (habitent à proximité)A signaler pour les futurs locataires: comme souvent en Guadeloupe, la maison est construite autour de l'extérieur. Ici, une des 2 chambres ne donne que sur la terrasse et est donc séparée du reste du logementL'accès à la douche intérieure par ex. se fait en traversant la terrasse (couverte), puis la cuisine, puis la 1ère chambrePas du tout un souci pour nous qui étions en famille, mais selon la configuration...A noter, c'est globalement indiqué dans l'annonce mais on peut passer à côtéA signaler pour les propriétaires: il aurait été utile d'avoir une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée. Les avions atterrissent parfois tard et si l'eau est potable malgré tout, la consommation d'eau au robinet n'est pas forcément recommandée en GuadeloupePeut-être était ce du au fait que l'hôte habituel était en métropole lors de notre séjour, et que nous avons été reçus par sa fille Laura, moins habituée (mais vraiment adorable par ailleurs et qui a répondu à toutes nos questions)Bref, vraiment de tous petits détails au regard de la qualité de l'hébergement et de la super semaine passée.Satisfaction totale!Merci Laura & Thierry pour l'accueil!

Vacances à Goyave

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Goyave avec nos 2 enfants de 9 et 12 ans. La location est fonctionnelle, la piscine est top,une vue incroyable sur la Soufrière et les colibris le matin nous ont enchanté. Les propriétaires sont à côté mais très discret et ils sont pleins de bons conseils pour les visites sur basse Terre .

Location bien située ,très bien entretenue...

Propriétaires à l'écoute ,superbe piscine . Points négatifs :la seconde chambre ne communique pas avec le reste de l'habitation et ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce , l'intérieur de la douche sans rideau est visible quand on entre et le lavabo est dans une des chambre donc manque d'intimité si la location est occupée par 2 couples par exemple .Sinon le logement est très confortable avec une bonne literie et est bien situé ,en hauteur donc pas de moustiques !!!

Une expérience de choix que nous recommandons vivement. Les propriétaires supers sympathiques avec quelques très bons conseils de visites. Un logement confortable qui dispose de toutes les commodités. Une grande piscine rafraîchissante. Une vue en hauteur sur le parc naturel de Guadeloupe à couper le souffle. Bref ce séjour à Basse-Terre était idyllique.

Im Februar 2019 waren wir ( 4 Erwachsene) für 14 Tage bei Thierry zu Gast. Der Standort Guyave ist optimal, da man von dort aus viele Ziele problemlos erreichen kann. Es ist ein kleines Dorf, das aber alle Geschäfte und Shops für den täglichen Gebrauch vorhält, eine gute Bäckerei, einen sehr guten Fischhändler und viele Obst- und Gemüsestände. Thierrys Haus liegt etwa einen Kilometer landeinwärts und daher ist es ruhig und mit einem wunderbaren Ausblick auf den Vulkan Soufriere und die Bergkette versehen. Vom Flughafen hat man eine Fahrt von 25 Minuten vor sich, die Strassen sind sehr gut ausgebaut und das Haus nicht so schwer zu finden. Es hat alles, was man braucht, insbesondere ist die Küche gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen Spaß macht, es gibt auch einen Gartengrill. Oberhalb des Hauses ist ein Pooldeck, mit Liegestühlen und Sesseln ausgestattet. Von Thierrys Haus ist es nur durch einen schmalen Zaun abgegrenzt, aber mit Rücksichtnahme auf beiden Seiten kann man sich gut aufhalten. Das Haus steht im großen Garten, trotz der Nähe kam es nie zu Störungen. Thierry und seine Familie sind rücksichtsvoll, diskret und ruhig. Er ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der viele gute Tipps geben kann und auch bei Sonderwünschen wie Zusatzdecken gerne aushilft. Wir waren sehr gerne in dem Haus, allerdings gibt es eine Einschränkung: die sanitären Einrichtungen sind dicht an bzw. das Waschbecken in einem der Schlafzimmer, so dass es gute Absprachen geben muss, wer wann duscht etc. Insgesamt ist das Haus gut ausgerüstet, so dass man hier mit ein wenig Rücksichtnahme gut seinen Urlaub verbringen kann. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, die Umgebung ist sehr schön und ruhig, das Angebot an Wanderwegen, Wasserfällen, Stränden und anderen Unternehmungen ist groß. Zu empfehlen ist der Klettergarten an der Route Traverse im Naturschutzgebiet, das Maison de Cacao, das Museum der Menschenrechte in Pointe au Pitre und vieles andere mehr. Guadeloupe bietet für jeden etwas und das macht den Reiz der Insel aus, man hat die Wahl zwischen vollen Stränden an der Westseite und relativ stillen und langgezogenen, wunderschönen Puderzucker- Stränden im Norden. Ein Auto ist zwingend erforderlich, wir haben in 14 Tagen ca. 1400 Kilometer zurückgelegt und waren jeden Tag unterwegs – auch wenn es mal regnen sollte, ist dies nicht von langer Dauer. Aus unserer Sicht können wir Thierry nur weiterempfehlen, er ist fürsorglich und hilfsbereit. Tip: XXL Seats bei Anreise Air France

Quirky little villa with great pool

Thierry was a great host, he helped us out above and beyond the call of duty. The location of the villa meant that a car was needed, but Thierry kindly picked us up one evening so our driver could have a night off, he also lent us a parasol and cool box for a day trip, as well as many other acts of kindness, nothing was to much trouble. He was also able to give us lots of suggestions for trips out. The villa is quite quirky in its lay out, with the only bathroom being in the main bedroom and the second bedroom being outside on the terrace, but there is a bed settee in the lounge/ kitchen if you have young children. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and was very well presented, with very efficient Air-con. The outside area was lovely, with fantastic views, The pool area is not as private as it looks on the photos as Thierry house is next door with only a partial fence, but they were so discreet that it really wasn’t an issue. We had a lovely stay and would happily rent the property again if we went back to Guadeloupe.
