“The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!”

“The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside. The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out. “The property itself was fine, although the label "luxury" is an overstatement merely referring to the hot tub. Given the listing's focus on the hot tub, an extra set of towels and bathmat in addition to what was designated for the shower would have been nice. The view of the citadel was lovely although completely blocked by a wall when in the hot tub. Further, a rug for the cold tile floor in the living room would have greatly increased comfort. Everything else was good.”
