"Lovely location on the sea front. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful outside area. Unfortunately room is dated and especially the bathroom which is very dated. Air conditioning is also very old and needs upgrading. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"This villa was just perfect for 8 of us - 2 families with 2 kids each (tweens) Bedrooms were super comfy. comes with aircon, quad bikes and mountain bikes which are all completely at your disposal. The hosts live near by and are constantly available for any questions or advice etc. The villa was spotless and beds comfy. Lots of storage and as we stayed 10 days we were able to unpack and live home from home. Outside by the pool there is a huge summer house, with a massive large table, full kitchen facilities, pizza oven, fire etc. With a sauna and walk in shower. We spent much of our time here having group dinners and playing games. There is wifi, but it was great to unplug and play cards and games with the kids. the pool is heated and super clean. We couldn't recommend this villa enough and we would definitely go back. Felt completely safe and immersed in the country side."

"Given the cleaning fee, we expected a higher level of cleanliness. Some of the mobile homes are also farther from the beach than depicted in the photos. There’s room for improvement in sustainability efforts, such as better recycling options and care for stray animals. That said, the location is excellent for visiting Paklenica National Park, and we appreciated the early check-in and free parking. "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Breakfast was a fantastic spread, lots of variety with some nice local options. The parking setup was pretty good, and right next to the hotel so not far to walk. Turndown service was superb, bed made every day and the room was tidied. We felt they really went above and beyond here as we can be quite messy, but it was so sweet seeing our little boys cuddly toy sat at the top of a freshly made bed every day when we came back! The bed itself was a king size and had more than enough room for two of us plus a very wriggly three year old! The staff were so friendly and kind, especially with our little boy, really made us feel welcome and comfortable. 24hour reception desk was a very helpful touc as well, we needed that for check in and a couple of other days, though it is worth letting the staff know if you ware going to be heading out super early (eg 4am) on any day. Overall, nothing really to fault, and almost every thing was pretty much perfect."

"This hotel was a total surprise. The small town of Obrovac is located in a canyon along a river. The ride to get there was very pretty and the setting of the hotel right on the river was beautiful. The place has obviously been recently renovated and it is all new and clean smelling. The hotel restaurant served excellent dishes (I had a steak and a salad and my husband had seafood risotto) and very good wine. The staff was super friendly. The town is run down but the hotel and their restaurant is a gem."
