"The room was modern and clean and staff were very friendly. Appreciated the free airport shuttle as well, although it could have been more frequent. Only negative was the free breakfast was quite average, but still ok considering it was included."

"They posted they had a restaurant but it was basically just breakfast. And some wings and frozen pizza in the bar which the bartender had to make while working the bar. The food was horrible. The fire alarm went off twice and we had to leave the building until the fire marshal came and turned it off. The airport pickup is done by a lift they order your. They had to order mine 5 times before I got picked up 90 mins later. I was out in a nice quite long run which i appreciated until a few hours later when they booked a complete bridal party all around. Had to go down stairs to get moved after I had settled in due to the loud taking and doors slamming while they went from one room to the next. I WOULD NOT stay here again."

"This hotel was unfortunately one of the worst we’ve experienced. There was someone else’s hair in our tub. The hallways smelled of marijuana. Our lock on our door wouldn’t work properly, and none of the ice machines worked. The continental breakfast, which we normally love, was a disappointment. We would not stay again."

"Frig did not work remote for tv did not work only 2 towels and a hand towel no bath mat or washcloths. Had to pay for parking which was not mentioned. Hotel is under renovation s and was not told this. Terrible hotel for the cost."

"The rooms are cold and nice and the windows open up. Parking is $27 at the hotel go around to the parking garage it’s $18. We saw a roach. The plumbing is awful the water literally backs up so you’re standing in it. A lot of things are under maintenance at the moment. It’s a very nice sleep the beds are very comfortable! It’s only cable no smart tvs! But you get what you pay for! Overall a nice stay the staff was helpful but I’m 100% sure one of the housekeepers stole my good bombshell Victoria Secret bra!!!!"

"I arrived super late, at 1:30am, and the front desk attendant was ready to help me! Such a relief. He got me into my room quickly. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was great! Lots of options including make your own waffle. Fruit, eggs and sausage also available. Nice spacious dining room. Everything was perfect for my quick one night stay. Employees were friendly and super helpful. Thank you!"
