「Unsere Zeit war super erholsam. Das Haus und Grundstück sind groß, sehr sauber und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer. Josip hat uns mit frischem Obst und kalten Getränken im Kühlschrank empfangen. Da die eigentliche Straße gerade saniert wurde, hat er uns den Weg zum Haus persönlich gezeigt. Der Umweg jeden Tag war das einzige, kleine Manko. Dafür hat Josip sich angeboten uns in der Früh frische Semmeln zum Haus zu bringen. In Zaostrog konnten wir immer bei seinem Restaurant kostenlos...

「In May of 2022 I had the opportunity to stay at this incredible home for two weeks. I was accompanied by six other family members. Our ages ranged from 56 to 82 . . . and we all LOVED this place. 「Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen über Zaostrog mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Es ist im Haus alles vorhanden, was man braucht. ( Spülmittel, Seife, Toilettenpapier). Mario ist super nett, immer erreichbar und sehr gastfreundlich! Das Haus ist auch ideal für den Urlaub mit Teenager, da diese im oberen Zimmer ein Reich für sich haben. Der beheizte Pool hatte eine angenehme Temperatur um auch mal Abends zu schwimmen. 「Wer „action“ will und abends was erleben, ist hier falsch. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Marijana, wunderschön in einer super ruhigen Lage auf einem Berg mit Blick auf das Meer und den nahe gelegenen Ort Zaostroc sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 「Die Wohnung ist perfekt gelegen um jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang zu bestaunen. Der Gartensitzplatz ist genug gross, dass die kleine Strasse welche die Liegenschaft vom Strand trennt fast nicht wahrgenommen wird. Im Gegenteil, es ist kurzweilig den Spaziergängern zu zuschauen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung äusserst ruhig gelegen. Der Strand selber ist sehr gut zugänglich und durch eine kleine Mauer gegen das Strässchen abgeschirmt. 「wir haben das Appartement für die letzten beiden Augustwochen gemietet. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, relativ neue Küchengeräte. Auch einige Möbel waren neuer als auf den Fotos! Platzverhältnisse sehr gut, man kam sich nie in die Quere ....( waren zu viert dort). Insgesamt sehr ruhige Gegend! Keine großen Anlagen in der Nähe, also auch keine Lärmbelästigung durch Discos, Feiern, Animation etc. Die Lage ist absolut TOP: nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Am Strand auch immer genügend Platz...
