“Die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Aber leider gibt es kein Restaurant. Cafe schließt um 15:00 Uhr. Man kann nur in das Restaurant am Golfplatz (ca. 300 m entfernt) gehen. Das schließt während der Woche leider auch schon um 17:00 Uhr. Es bleibt also nur eine Autofahrt nach Grado.”

“Centrally located within short walking distance of dining, waterfront, arts, and grocery. It is in City Center but not ZTL. Very clean and well-maintained apartment with updated appliances (range/oven, dishwasher, clothes washer). There is AC and heat, with double doors opening to a balcony to take in coastal breezes. A small, reliable elevator takes you to the upper floors. If driving, limited parking is available in front of the building, but is often occupied. The area is very busy, and……

“Nice building of apartments located in a great spot. Washing machine is very small (and you need to buy your own detergent) but worked well. Note there is also larger washer in the laundry room on the ground floor. Enjoyed opening the windows to the bedroom (which has a desk if you need to work). Would visit again, thanks!”
