「Very good. Reception staff is very friendly. The check in process is very quick. All the drinks in the room is free of charge (2 coke, 2 juice, 1 sparkling and 1 still water) and refill on daily basis! You need to tap the room key in order to get in the hotel. Quite safe! 」

「We are wery pleased with our stay. This is perfect for a couple and even for our family of 4, with two grown up children this was a good choise. Its newly renovated and with new owners (april 2024). Very nice breakfast and good service. Close to good resturants, and 10 min. walk to several shopping areas, like Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Thank you for this weekend at Unique and maybee we wil see you again! :-)」

「The hotel is pretty close to the Milan Central Train Station and M2 metro line (within 5 to 10 minutes by foot). The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is big, though a bit old, is clean. All drink in the room is free of charge, which is great. Overall the experience is good.」

「Really nice experience. The staff were super kind, the room was really clean, and the breakfast was awesome. We need to leave in the early morning for the flight, they even packed a bag of breakfast for us. Highly recommended! 」

「Hotel is just ok. I want to complain is the bathroom. They give me a disable bathroom of which I did not request and we are not disable. It is a small walk in shower with no glass partition just a shower curtain. Water splash all over especially the bathroom is small. Another worst thing is the tiolet bowl seat is extemely high. When you sit on it, your feet can not touch the ground.The tiolet seat is installedhe tiolet one side higher than the other. You feel like sitting on a slanting angle....

「The hotel is about 5 minutes waks from Milano Centrale Station. The surrounding areas are quiet, and yet there are some restaurants nearby - from pizza, pasta to cafe and ramen. The room is clean and tidy, but only have a shower. We're a family of three, the extra sofa bed is big. There is a dining table in the room, which is good. However, there was only one chair! We needed to ask the frontdesk for an extra chair. Also, the chair is all wood and not very comfy to sit on. We noticed that the...
