Excellent stay and fantastic staff. The location is a bit far from a tourist perspective, but using local transportation got you where you needed to go.
This hotel was very nice and clean. Had lots of amenities and the pool was great for the hot Milan days. The only downsides where it was a bit out of the way. As well the "King Size Bed" was just two smaller beds pushed together. The gap in the middle of the bed made it a bit awkward.
This is a fantastic hotel. Clean and well-maintained. Feels new. The large pool is a nice touch. Breakfast buffet is fresh and extensive. Air conditioning works well, which was nice given the 34C temps when I was there.
The location is also quite quiet. Feels like you are not in Milan, but the city is accessible. There are some abandoned apartment buildings around the hotel, which is a bit strange, but I liked the quiet. If you want the hustle and bustle of the city centre, this is not your place.
I went to this place because my meeting was hosted there. The rooms are spacious, albeit decorated in the 90's. But the worst thing was the food. I thought Italians knew how to cook! Apparently not at the quark. And the hotel is located way out of town, in the middle of a rough area. Hard pass.
EVERYTHING was spectacular. This is my new hotel for Milano per sempre. Staff is more than excellent and happy and hospitable. I wish every hotel was like this.
The hotel room was comfortable and generally well presented. However, the shower tray was noticeably dirty, with a build-up of soap scum that appeared to have accumulated over a prolonged period.
The hotel's location was somewhat inconvenient, as it was situated quite far from the main attractions. Access to public transport required approximately a 15-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, and the route felt unsafe during the late evening due to poor lighting.
The hotel does offer pleasant outdoor seating areas at the front; however, these were consistently occupied by smokers. Consequently, guests were often required to walk through cigarette smoke when entering or leaving the hotel, which detracted from the overall experience.
One point worth noting for tea drinkers is that the in-room tea and coffee facilities did not include milk portions. It would be helpful if the hotel provided small milk pods in the rooms, otherwise guests may wish to purchase their own during their stay.
Unfortunately, I did not manage to use the swimming pool during my stay. The water was quite cold, and as the pool appeared to be rarely used, there seemed to be some algae growth visible on the bottom. This gave the impression that the pool was not being maintained as well as it could have been.
Overall, the room itself was comfortable and met expectations, but improvements in cleanliness, accessibility, and guest amenities would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
