「Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍」

「This place was heaven!! The view is like nothing you've ever seen before. The mountains are gigantic and the view from the deck overlooking Lauterbrunnen in the valley doesn't even look real! Definitely the best option in Wengen. The Alpine staff service was beyond stellar. So friendly and accommodating. We walked to the train station early each morning. 「Wir haben während unseres Skiurlaubs nach den Weihnachtstagen in der Ferienwohnung gewohnt. Das historische Holzhaus mit Kaminofen bietet ein sehr uriges und gemütliches Ambiente. Die Wohnung ist umfangreich ausgestattet. Als wir dennoch etwas benötigten, hat sich die sehr herzliche Vermieterin sofort darum gekümmert. 「Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. 」
