「The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.」

「Front desk check was a breeze. Very friendly staff. Our king room was very clean! Breakfast was adequate, I liked the fact they had trays to take back to the room. Would stay there again.」

「The room was clean and very comfortable. The lounge had several free treats for us. The in-house restaurant however was not open, and was supposed to be. We will probably have to check that out next. Everyone needs to know that there is currently no elevator, so you need to be capable of walking up stairs to you room. And we knew that.」

「I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. 」

「I reserved a Basic Room, 2 Queen Beds for 2 nights, 34 days in advance. I paid $10 per night for the extra Queen bed, as I am a FEMALE travelling with a MALE first cousin. When we checked in, there was NO ONE in the office and we were told that the door was open and our key was in the room. We went in and discovered only ONE bed. So we called the number on the office door, and were told that the room with one bed is all they had available. If we wanted to wait until someone could come from...

It's not posted on Expedia that we are charged $250 authorization for incidentals versus the $100 they authorize others. As I've worked in hotels in this area for over 10 years', this was very odd to me. I always felt like we were being watched when I wasn't problematic and gave no issues during my stay. 「No elevator. I walked the entire first floor twice thinking I somehow missed seeing the elevator. I finally asked the front desk where it was and was told there isn’t one. I don’t mind using the stairs but when you load the dolly cart full and push it down the hallway to use the elevator it would be helpful if the staff tells you there is t an elevator upon checking you in on the second floor. 「Stayed here for one night. Very friendly hosts. Quaint room and super clean bathroom. Restaurant attached to property was lively and had great food. Breakfast at Inn was English muffins, fresh fruit. Basic pastries, yogurt and granola. A hot breakfast entree would have been nice. Lots of cute shops and restaurants nearby」

「I got to the hotel about an hour after check in and was told that they had no more available rooms of my reservation type, though I had booked months ago. The staff member, I think her name was Kiana, was very kind and doing her best to help, but she was the only person working during a large rush of people trying to check in, and she was unable to change my reservation to a different room type without an override from her manager, who was not on premise and who Kiana was struggling to reach....
